Harriett was elected to represent the seat in 2010 and has formally submitted her nomination papers as the Conservative parliamentary candidate in the election on May 7.
She has also today published her declaration of interests as she did in 2010.
Harriett said: “It was an honour to be elected as MP for West Worcestershire in 2010 and I am delighted to be formally nominated to fight for the seat on behalf of the Conservative party.
“As I did in 2010, I have today published my declaration of interests, although it’s now a lot shorter as I focus all my time on politics these days.”
