David Watkins was born in Malvern and has lived and worked in Malvern Link for the last twenty-five years. He has been a Town Councillor representing Link Ward since 2015 and is a former District Councillor commencing 2000.
David has held many West Worcestershire Conservative officer positions since 2001, including that of Chairman of the Association. David is now back on board as Treasurer, after a break of 10 years.
